Bánh flan hương dâu tây mềm mịn, thơm hương trứng sữa. Đặc biệt màu hồng nhạt của bánh do sự góp mặt của siro dâu tây rất bắt mắt. Thích hợp dùng làm món ăn tráng miệng sau mỗi bữa ăn.
Cho 70g đường trắng vào nồi cùng với 40ml nước, bật bếp đun cho hỗn hợp nước đường sôi lên rồi cho 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh vào cùng, lắc nhẹ nồi và tiếp tục nấu. Khi hỗn hợp nước đường chuyển màu cánh gián thì thêm 20ml nước sôi, lắc nhẹ nồi cho hòa đều là tắt bếp. Múc caramel chia đều ra các cốc đựng bánh rồi để cho caramel nguội sẽ đông lại.
Phần trứng sữa: đập trứng gà ra tô sạch rồi lấy thêm 2 lòng đỏ trứng gà cho vào cùng, thêm 50g đường và khuấy đều cho trứng đường tan hết, để sang một bên. Trong nồi sạch, cho 350ml sữa tươi, 150ml kem tươi vào nồi và đun cho sữa nóng ấm tầm 70 độ C là tắt bếp.
Rót hỗn hợp sữa vào tô trứng, vừa rót bạn vừa khuấy đều sau đó lọc hỗn hợp qua rây loại bỏ hết chất lợn cợn có trong trứng. Tiếp theo, bạn cho siro dâu tây vào cùng và khuấy nhẹ, tránh cho phần trứng sữa tạo nhiều bọt. Sau đó, rót phần trứng sữa vào các cốc đựng caramel đã nguội, đem nướng cách thủy ở nhiệt độ 150-160 độ C, nướng khoảng 50-55 phút là bánh chín. Bạn cũng có thể dùng phương pháp hấp bánh nếu không có lò nướng.
