Cắt thịt thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Chuẩn bị 3 cái chén. Chén thứ nhất trộn bột mì với muối tiêu và bột hành tây. Chén thứ 2 trộn bột chiên xù và dừa nạo. Đánh tan trứng vào chén thứ 3.

Nhúng thịt gà vào trứng rồi lăn qua bột mì. Nhúng miếng thịt vào chén trứng thêm lần nữa rồi tẩm bột chiên xù.

Làm nóng dầu ăn trong chảo rồi chiên thịt chín vàng 2 mặt.
