Vị ngọt từ thịt bắp bò kết hợp cùng vị chua dịu nhẹ của cà chua, dưa leo sẽ đem đến cho gia đình bạn một món canh lạ miệng, đầy bổ dưỡng sau một ngày làm việc mệt mỏi. Nếu bạn muốn canh có thêm vị chua bạn có thể dùng thêm nước cốt me.
Bắp bò cắt lát mỏng 3 - 4cm (để khi nấu thịt sẽ mau mềm). Cà chua cắt múi cau, dưa leo cắt làm tư, bỏ ruột, cắt xéo.
Bắc nồi lên bếp, thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn để phi thơm tỏi. Sau đó, trút phần bắp bò vào xào trong 15 phút tiếp đến là cà chua.
Khi bắp bò và cà chua đã mềm thì cho dưa leo vào xào chung. Thêm 2 tô nước nấu trên lửa trung bình, khi canh sôi nhớ vớt bọt bỏ đi. Nêm gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt cho vừa ăn.
Múc canh ra tô, rắc hành lá, ngò rí lên trên, dùng với cơm nhé!
