Khoai tây nướng tỏi và gia vị Ý với khoai tây rửa sạch, giữ nguyên vỏ, chẻ nhỏ rồi trộn cùng phô mai bào, gia vị ý (Italian seasoning), bột tỏi, chút gia vị rồi nướng chín thơm phức.
Khoai tây rửa cho sạch vỏ, ngâm nước khoảng 30 phút cho sạch nhựa rồi vớt ra, dùng khăn giấy thấm cho khô nước.
Mở trước lò nướng ở 230 độ C. Trong tô lớn, trộn đều 2 muỗng canh gia vị ý, 1 muỗng canh bột tỏi, 1/2 muỗng canh bột ớt, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối và 50g phô mai bào nhỏ.
Trộn khoai tây đã cắt cùng 3 muỗng canh dầu ô liu rồi cho vào tô gia vị trộn đều lên. Tiếp đến, cho khoai tây lên khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nên, đặt vào lò nướng khoảng 18-25 phút là được.
